America's Cup: But Wait, There's No Wind!

During the America's Cup we had the opportunity to watch a couple of the races and travel under sail ourselves. Or, we tried at least. The racing ended up getting cancelled so our excursion became a quiet afternoon on the water instead.

Sculpture in the Gardens

Each year the Auckland Botanic Gardens hosts a "Sculpture in the Gardens" display with all sorts of amazing and crazy exhibits. This year I decided I wanted to see the collection, and found a small spot free in my diary to race around and take a few photos.
